His arrival at Interloan marked a new stage in his career. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Luis Carlos Bryan works alongside general management to contribute to the organisation's strategic development, team organisation and activity monitoring.
His role includes overseeing coordination between the different departments, strengthening internal processes, and maintaining a high standard in file handling and partner relationships.
Far from a purely administrative approach, he champions a vision of management built on responsibility and closeness. For him, every decision made at the organisational level should be explainable, owned, and evaluated through its real impact.
