1. Purpose

2. Description of services

Interloan offers financial donations intended to help individuals, families or businesses facing hardship or disaster, material donations made available by individuals or businesses, and credit solutions intended to support the reconstruction or development of projects, within the framework set by applicable regulations. The specific terms of each service are communicated separately for each request.

3. Eligibility

Interloan reserves the right to refuse or suspend access to its services for anyone who does not meet these conditions.

4. Requests for aid and credit

All requests must be submitted through Interloan's official channels. They may be subject to identity and compliance verification in accordance with applicable legal obligations. The evaluation of each request is at Interloan's sole discretion, based on objective criteria, and does not constitute an obligation of result. Any credit solution is subject to a separate contract specifying the amount, rate, repayment terms, and respective obligations of the parties, in accordance with the regulations applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

5. Donor commitment

Any donation made to Interloan is voluntary and, unless otherwise stated, non-refundable. Interloan commits to using funds in accordance with its mission, while retaining discretion over the allocation of resources according to needs observed in the field. Depending on the donor's jurisdiction, a receipt may be issued for tax purposes.

6. User obligations

The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, not to use the services for fraudulent purposes, and to comply with the laws applicable in their country of residence. Any fraud detected will result in the immediate suspension of access to the services and may lead to legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of liability

Interloan makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the proper performance of its services, without however guaranteeing that they will meet all expressed needs, nor continuous and uninterrupted access to the site. Interloan cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use its services.
